FAQ's

Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out? Not at all. Many clients come to me with a feeling rather than a fully formed plan. Part of my role is to help you find clarity, ask the right questions and shape your ideas into something visual and intentional.

What if I’m not very confident with design or tech? That’s completely okay. I guide you through everything in a clear, calm way, without jargon or pressure. You don’t need to be “good at design” to work with me, that’s what I’m here for.

What types of businesses do you work with? I work mostly with heart-led, purpose-driven businesses, including creatives, coaches, charities and small businesses. If you care deeply about your work and want branding that reflects that, we’re likely a good fit.

What does the process feel like? The process is collaborative, supportive and paced to suit you. I’ll guide you step by step, keep things manageable and make sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout.

Do you offer branding, websites and creative support? Yes. I offer a range of creative support including branding, websites and Canva design courses. We’ll always focus on what’s most useful for your business right now rather than doing everything at once.

How long does a project usually take? Timelines vary depending on the scope of work, but I’ll always be clear about timeframes from the start. Everything is planned realistically, with space for feedback, and reflection. If timeline changes you will be well informed.

What if I’m not sure we’re the right fit? A call is the best way to explore that. There’s no pressure to move forward if it doesn’t feel aligned. I want working together to feel right for both of us.
